Returns Policy

You may return any items that you receive that are defective or shipped incorrectly.

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return item/items from your order. Please, do not hesitate to call us with any concerns regarding your purchased product.

We will pay return shipping fees if the error is our own fault or the fault of the manufacturer.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

When you place an order, shipping and delivery dates will be estimated for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 If we were provided an incorrect shipping address you are liable to recover the product. If the product has not yet been delivered and you contact us in time to reroute the package we will do that. If there is an increase in shipping cost for any reason due to re-routing the product your will be charged for the increase.

Pricing Disclaimer/Policy

All prices on this website are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-date information, occasionally, one or more items on our website may be mis-priced.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Wild Diesel Performance shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at an incorrect price.

If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.

If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will make every effort to contact you and inform you of the correct price. If we are successful in contacting you and you still desire to purchase the item at the increased price we will charge the higher price and ship the item. If you do not desire to purchase the item at the increased price we will cancel your order. If we are not successful at contacting you then we will cancel the order and you will be notified of the cancelation.
